I saw a cash machine crash right in front of me once. Literally, the thing black screened and rebooted. Saw the BIOS and everything, even a message about Windows booting up. It never successfully launched and I think it had some message about technical problems... It was in Italian so I didn't have a clue what it said. I tried pushing every button on the thing to see if it was accepting commands but, sadly, I was not so lucky.
